The new Building’s roof will have the main beam of 100mm x 150mm, with an polystyrene insulation of 150mm. It will be covered with a Metal sheet roof that has an underlay with anti-condensation foil. The rain water will be taken by the plastic gutters and pipe that will be directed into the rain water drains. We will be creating a leveled flooring area in order to support the wall posts as it is currently with a 3% slope being a plain concrete garage floor. After that we will be ensuring the hydroinsulation on all the floor surface and the thermal insulation using extruded polystyrene, small surface concrete floor where it will be finished with underlay and laminate flooring. The walls will be of wooden frame with the four corners sawn gate post of 150mm x 150mm, where every 600mm there will be a sawn gate post of 100mm x150mm all these will be sitting on a horizontal wooden beam of 100mm x 150mm. In between we will be creating bracings 100mm x 150 mm for extra safety over horizontal loads. The inside height is going to be 2400mm. The walls will be similar to the sandwich type using MDF or wooden pannels, anticondesation foil, thermal insulation, covered by a special plastic brick style fake walls. Inside will be also used anticondensation foil and 15mm plasterboard inside and indoor paint. The heating will be from the main central heating which has been initially stronger than what we require for our house so it should have the power to provide more than enough heat to warn up one more room. The electrical panel is already in place but it will be updated to a newer/safer version. The area will have natural light through 3 white frame uPVC windows on the East side ordered probably from the same company as the main house (Anglian). The entrance door will be an 800x1800 wooden door with opening inside the new living room. The acces to the new built will be through the conservatory and it will not have direct door to the garden for increased security levels. The Conservatory roof is out of wooden frame main beams being 75mm x 100mm. The insulation is going to be the same polystyrene but this time is 100mm. Both roof will be covered by plasterboard of 15mm and after that will be decorated inside. Please let me know if you require further information.
